Who I Work With
While I specialize in ADHD Life Coaching, you don’t need a diagnosis to benefit from coaching. Many people—students, professionals, creatives, parents—struggle with executive functioning challenges like organization, time management, follow-through, or staying focused. Whether or not these challenges are tied to a diagnosis, coaching can provide valuable support and structure that can help anyone move forward.
As your coach, I serve as a listening partner—someone who holds space for your thoughts, asks powerful questions, and helps you uncover insights you may not see on your own. Coaching is not about advice-giving; it’s about evoking your awareness so you can make meaningful choices and create sustainable change. Together, we’ll identify what’s getting in your way and build strategies that align with how you work best.
Why Coach with Me?
My Lived, Personal Experience
As someone with ADHD, I’ve personally experienced the shame and frustration of having a brain that doesn’t always cooperate with life’s demands. As a parent, I’ve also witnessed my child navigate his own challenges with neurodivergence. Both form the foundation of my work today, and were the catalyst to my coaching practice.
My (Unique) Dual Perspective
The experience of living with ADHD myself and supporting a child with it gives me a deep appreciation of the difficulties both young people and adults experience in their daily lives. It has also shaped my understanding of the unique strengths and struggles of each individual which make me a more effective coach.
Realistic Systems, Real Results
I help my clients develop realistic systems that work with their brains, not against them. Whether it’s a teen managing school pressures or an adult striving to build sustainable and effective routines, I see every client as creative, resourceful, and whole—fully capable of finding their own solutions and achieving their goals.

Getting Started
Where do I even start with all of this?
If you feel like you’d benefit from ADHD Life Coaching, you can book a 20-minute Complimentary Consultation. We’ll meet and explore your challenges, goals, and evaluate whether our working together would be a good fit for you.
What happens after the consultation?
If we’re a good fit, the next step is to dive deeper into what we discussed during the consultation through a 90-minute Strategy & Planning Session. This session gives us the time and context to start building a personalized plan that’ll help you move you forward.
What does 1:1 coaching look like?
These sessions are typically once or twice a week. Once the session goal(s) have been established, we’ll work together to uncover obstacles and hidden barriers, as well as finding the clarity, support, and practical solutions you need to move forward. Whether you’re working on time-management, emotional (dys)regulation, parenting strategies, or building confidence—we’ll focus on what matters most to you.
