Why Coach with Me?
My Lived, Personal Experience
As someone with ADHD, I’ve personally experienced the shame and frustration of having a brain that doesn’t always cooperate with life’s demands. As a parent, I’ve also witnessed my child navigate his own challenges with neurodivergence. Both form the foundation of my work today, and were the catalyst to my coaching practice.
My (Unique) Dual Perspective
The experience of living with ADHD myself and supporting a child with it gives me a deep appreciation of the difficulties both young people and adults experience in their daily lives. It has also shaped my understanding of the unique strengths and struggles of each individual which make me a more effective coach.
Realistic Systems, Real Results
I help my clients develop realistic systems that work with their brains, not against them. Whether it’s a teen managing school pressures or an adult striving to build sustainable and effective routines, I see every client as creative, resourceful, and whole—fully capable of finding their own solutions and achieving their goals.

Getting Started
-
If you feel like you’d benefit from ADHD Life Coaching, you can book a 20-minute Complimentary Consultation. We’ll meet and explore your challenges, goals, and evaluate whether our working together would be a good fit for you.
-
If we’re a good fit, the next step is to dive deeper into what we discussed during the consultation through a 90-minute Strategy & Planning Session. This session gives us the time and context to start building a personalized plan that’ll help you move you forward.
-
These sessions are typically once or twice a week. Once the session goal(s) have been established, we’ll work together to uncover obstacles and hidden barriers, as well as finding the clarity, support, and practical solutions you need to move forward. Whether you’re working on time-management, emotional (dys)regulation, parenting strategies, or building confidence—we’ll focus on what matters most to you.

Testimonials
“Before I began working with Ani, I was hoping to find support navigating a difficult time we are having in our family related to two serious diagnoses. Ani is an outstanding coach because she holds space calmly but with real compassion, and she always makes me feel seen and understood. I appreciate her professionalism and also the lived experience she brings to our coaching as a working mother and wife. Thanks to our sessions together I have more clarity and self-trust as I continue to navigate my challenging family situation. I am creating boundaries more effectively with family members, and experiencing less ADHD-related RSD. I highly recommend coaching with Ani. She is a gem!”

"I was diagnosed with ADHD at 53, and for the first time in my life, the pieces started falling into place. Working with Ani has been nothing short of transformational. She helped me unmask years of over-functioning and start leading from a place of authenticity and strength—not just survival. Rising to a challenge with urgency had always been my edge in business, but it came at the cost of self-care and sustainability. Ani helped me see that what once fueled achievement was also driving burnout. Through our work, I built awareness and systems that protect my energy, align with my core strengths, and support my long-term goals. Ani’s approach also extended beyond just me—her insight has been instrumental in helping me support my three ADHD teens with more empathy and strategy. For the first time, I feel in control of me, which means I no longer feel the same need to control everything else. That in itself is a win."

“Working with Ani has been a powerful and meaningful experience. She creates a space where I feel safe to be honest, explore difficult thoughts, and look beneath the surface without fear of judgment. Her calm presence, thoughtful questions, and ability to notice patterns help me slow down, reflect, and see myself and my choices with greater clarity. What stands out most is the way Ani balances compassion with growth. She doesn’t rush in with answers or try to “fix” things. Instead, she listens deeply, honors my experiences, and helps me uncover my own insights. Through our conversations, I feel supported in challenging old beliefs, recognizing my strengths, and moving forward in a way that feels authentic and sustainable.”

“Looking for an ADHD coach who combines professionalism with a vibrant, engaging style? Well, that’s Ani! Working with her has been an absolute game-changer! She possesses a unique talent for making every interaction not just insightful, but genuinely enjoyable. Her thorough and strengths-based approach helped me gain a much deeper awareness of myself and how my ADHD brain works, transforming perceived challenges (the resistance 😀) into opportunities for growth. Thanks to her guidance, I'm back on track with my planner and my organizational skills have improved immensely. I cannot recommend coaching with her highly enough; it’s an investment in yourself that will undoubtedly yield remarkable returns.”

“Ani is the kind of coach who helps you see your own truth more clearly. Her questions go straight to the heart—in a way that feels soulful, rather than invasive. I’ve had so many powerful ‘aha’ moments with her, and her warm, caring nature makes it easy to trust her. Ani creates a space that feels both brave and safe. I’m so grateful for the clarity and growth that’s come from our work together.”
