While coaches don’t diagnose or provide therapy, they create a collaborative and safe space for in-depth exploration, serve as an accountability partner, and supply support where needed. The goal of coaching is to help the client experience improvement in all areas of life including work or school performance, managing daily responsibilities, and relationships with partners, family, and colleagues.

  • Executive functioning skills are the mental tools we use to manage time, plan, organize, prioritize, maintain focus, regulate emotions, and begin and follow through with both simple tasks and long-term goals. They are necessary for managing daily life. When these skills aren’t developed or working well—whether because of ADHD or something else—life can feel difficult and overwhelming. Coaching helps build and strengthen these important skills in ways that actually work for you.
